A hooded bathrobe keeps the head and neck warm after a shower or sauna. A shawl collar has a classic look, sits softly around the neck and is well suited to relaxing. Kimonos usually have a flatter neckline and a lighter, straighter shape. The best choice depends on how much warmth you want and how you plan to use it.

Washing temperature, tumble-drying suitability and ironing temperature should follow the care label of the specific bathrobe. Close zips, empty pockets and wash similar colours together. For terry, fabric softener should be used only sparingly to help preserve absorbency.

Depending on the model, our bathrobes are made from cotton or blends containing linen, viscose or polyester. Terry is soft and absorbent, waffle piqué feels lighter and usually dries faster, while velour has a velvety feel. We manufacture our terry products in Großschönau, Saxony. As our range includes different materials and product types, the origin of the specific bathrobe should also be checked in the product details. A blanket statement about the origin of all our products would be too broad.

The yarns and components we use for terry products are certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Product Class 1. This certification confirms testing for harmful substances against strict limit values. You can find the current certification of the specific model on the product page or sewn-in label.

Items can be returned to us free of charge within 30 days. Please use the return form included in the parcel and the DHL return label, or the link provided in the shipping confirmation. Goods should be returned complete and in their original condition; sets must not be separated.

Yes. We deliver to the European Union member states listed on our shipping page. EU standard shipping costs €9.90; orders of €100 or more qualify for free shipping. Please check the country list or checkout to see whether we currently deliver to your destination country.

For many products that are immediately available, we currently state a delivery time of approximately 1 to 3 working days. Delivery may take longer if availability differs or order volumes are seasonally high.

Payment by invoice is generally available, subject to a successful credit check. We provide the invoice with the shipping confirmation; it must be paid within 14 days of receipt. If the delivery address and billing address are different, we cannot offer payment by invoice.

Used, worn or washed goods, as well as custom-made items such as embroidered or printed products, are excluded from our voluntary returns or exchange service. Your statutory rights remain unaffected; our customer service team can assist you with individual cases.
