Which 80 x 40 cm pillowcases are available?
Only carefully selected materials and the highest standards of craftsmanship are used for our pillowcases. Our MÖVE LUXURY collection is made from 100% premium cotton satin with a thread count of 300 tc. The MÖVE NOBLESSE bed linen is crafted from 100% finest Supima cotton and features a thread count of 500 tc.
Thread count indicates how many threads are woven per square inch. The higher the thread count, the denser the fabric and the finer the yarn used. This results in a fabric that is even more supple, skin-friendly and durable.
What materials are MÖVE pillowcases made from?
If you love the feeling of smooth, flowing and softly draping fabrics against the skin, you should choose satin pillowcases from our MÖVE LUXURY collection. The long-staple cotton used and the special satin weave give the fabric not only a soft, smooth surface but also excellent breathability. This makes cotton-satin pillowcases suitable for all seasons.
Another premium, particularly long-staple cotton variety is Supima cotton. Products made from it are characterised by a silky sheen, a soft touch and an exceptionally delicate surface. Lovers of this special material should therefore opt for our MÖVE NOBLESSE bed linen.
What is the standard size for pillowcases?
Pillowcases, duvet covers and fitted sheets are available in a wide range of sizes. In Germany, the most common and popular size for a duvet cover is 135 x 200 cm. Taller sleepers may find the 155 x 220 cm option in our bed linen range ideal. The most popular pillow size is 80 x 80 cm, but the smaller 80 x 40 cm size is also becoming increasingly popular. For mixing and matching, MÖVE offers the following options:
