Women’s Bathrobes – Quality Made in Germany

Bathrobes by MÖVE are manufactured in Germany, Made in Germany – according to the highest German standards. Our in-house production including logistics is located in Großschönau (Saxony), a place rich in tradition, as European princes had precious damasks woven here as early as the Baroque period. In 1856, Germany’s first terry weaving loom was put into operation in Großschönau, establishing the town as an important center of terry weaving.

Today, MÖVE produces bathrobes and other high-quality terry products on 30 Jacquard looms. Unique in the industry: möve employs 240 people and operates a fully integrated production process, meaning the entire manufacturing chain — from warp production to weaving, dyeing, and finishing — takes place in its own facility. Sustainability and environmental protection stand on equal footing with modern production, the quality of our towels, and the expertise of our employees.

What Is a MÖVE Bathrobe Made Of?

A MÖVE bathrobe is crafted from the finest raw materials and with great attention to detail. The majority are made from 100% finest cotton, whose special properties make it particularly suitable for our fluffy bathrobes. However, material blends such as cotton/linen, cotton/polyester and cotton/viscose have also become part of the production process.
