Free shipping (GER) on orders of 40€ or more

Within Germany we deliver with DHL standard shipping free of charge from 40 Euro order value. For orders less than 40 Euro we charge a shipping fee of 4.90 Euro.

We also deliver to all other member countries of the EU. For the dispatch a shipping flat rate of 9.90 Euro will occur. There are no shipping costs from 100 Euro order value.

Returns

In case you are not satisfied with one or more items, you can return them to us within 30 days free of charge. Please use our return form and your DHL return label.

How to return:

Place the complete item in its original packaging into the packet, please do not separate sets!
Please fill in the return form completely and place it in the return package.
Please stick the return label on the package.(You have received the link to request the return label via e-mail together with the shipping confirmation.)
Ask the responsible shipper for a receipt of posting and keep the receipt in a safe place until the money is refunded.

Please note that the following items are excluded from exchange:

Used/worn/washed items
Custom-made items (e.g. embroidered/printed goods)
