Payment methods

In our shop you can choose between different payment methods.

The payment processing of all payment methods is secure and SSL encrypted.

The purchase on invoice, payment by credit card, direct debit and instant bank transfer are handled by heidelpay GmbH. heidelpay GmbH, Vangerowstraße 18, 69115 Heidelberg/ Germany, is a payment service provider and certified according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

PayPal, PayPal Express

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to PayPal with your user data as part of the order process and make the payment. Are you new to PayPal? Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. The receipt of payment is usually booked within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

Credit card: VISA, MasterCard and American Express

Of course you can also pay with your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

When you place your order, you also transmit your credit card details.

After your confirmation as legitimate cardholder, your credit card company will be requested to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order has been placed. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is debited. You will find the debit on your credit card statement under the name MÖVE frottana.

SEPA Direct Debit Scheme

You are also welcome to grant us approval for the SEPA Direct Debit Scheme. Then you do not need to transfer the invoice amount yourself and do not have to worry about anything else. We instruct heidelpay GmbH to collect the invoice amount from your account a few days after the goods have been shipped. We will inform you about the date of the debit in due time.

Instant bank transfer

After placing the order you will be forwarded to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that has been activated for participation in Sofort, legitimise yourself and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.

Purchase on invoice

As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the chosen payment method. You will also receive the invoice with the confirmation of your order by e-mail. The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days of the invoice receipt date. You will find bank details and intended use on the invoice. If the delivery address differs from the invoice address, we can unfortunately not offer you a purchase on invoice.

Please note that purchase on invoice and payment by direct debit require a successful credit check. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to deliver larger initial orders only against advance payment.
