Minderwertige Verarbeitung, schlechter Kundensupport!

Katastrophal verarbeitet! Nach der ersten Wäsche fransten zweit Handtücher in der Farbe taupe an den Kanten aus. Danach sendete ich die Tücher zurück (vor einer Woche) bis jetzt habe ich noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich bin sehr verärgert und enttäuscht.
